Lauren Chapman, CEO/Founder
Lauren is an expert in the intersection of education and the arts. She has devoted her career to finding innovative, exciting ways to combine these two worlds and looks at facilitation, audience engagement, and curriculum design as an art form in and of itself.
She has spent over 20 years in the industry and is a global leader in the teaching and learning space. Lauren has extensive experience designing programs, developing and facilitating trainings for educators and artists, and engaging folks of all ages, experiences, and abilities. She is a passionate advocate for representation and inclusion and understands the immense responsibility educators and artists have to lead the way in this work. She has had the incredible opportunity to train hundreds of individuals and organizations around the world. Her unique understanding of corporate, education, and arts cultures leads to the highest quality in all corners of her work. Lauren leads a team of world-class facilitators who can bring the state-of-the-art content, experiences, and programs that she is known for to folks like you!
For over a decade, Lauren worked as the Manager of Teaching and Learning and Resident Teaching Artist at Disney Theatrical Group in New York City. She has also taught at Arizona State University, built and expanded arts programs in schools throughout Arizona and New York, presented at a variety of national arts and education conferences, and directed and choreographed hundreds of musical theater productions.
